Why Did I Chose Birth Doula?
It wasn't until after I had my daughter that I learned about doulas and what their roles are during pregnancy and birth. As I learned more I knew I wanted to be that comfort for families whether that be answering questions to learning breathing techniques or rubbing moms back while having contractions, I knew this is what I wanted to do.
